Community Associate, Urban Office
This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for fostering community engagement within the Urban Office environment.
Leasing
•\tShow available space to potential members with expertise of the space.
•\tMaintain meticulous lead tracking using Yardi Kube (coworking management software).
•\tSubmit weekly detailed reports with property leasing summary.
•\tThink creatively how to increase tour and lead count, whether it’s through offering deals or engaging the community more.
•\tResponsively engage with prospective members via Urban Office website chats, calls, and emails.
•\tOnboard members onto Yardi Kube platform efficiently and ensure new members are set up for billing.
Property Management
•\tOversee day-to-day operations at locations as necessary.
•\tFacilitate access control card setup for new members, mail personnel, and janitorial staff, while managing card removal and collection from departing members.
•\tAddress maintenance requests submitted through Yardi Kube promptly.
•\tMaintain cleanliness and functionality of kitchen facilities, including dishwasher operation, restocking kitchen supplies, and replenishing snacks.
•\tManage inventory of office essentials such as printer paper, coffee cups, and soap.
•\tEnsure TVs are operational and tuned to appropriate channels and control Sonos speakers in the space.
•\tCoordinate conference room reservations for external clients and handle member requests for door signage.
Accounting
•\tFacilitate rent collection via Yardi Kube.
•\tProvide detailed receipts and descriptions to Urban Office's accountant for all credit card transactions.
•\tForward vendor invoices promptly to Urban Office's accountant.
Member Engagement
•\tOrganize and host monthly member appreciation events, from creating promotional materials to encouraging event attendance.
•\tDevelop partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance the overall community experience and provide additional value to members.
•\tContinuously seek opportunities to enrich the community by introducing new resources and amenities based on member feedback and evolving needs.
